Job DescriptionDAMAC Group's MD Office is building out its strategic transformation delivery capability in Bangalore. This role sits at the centre of the Group's executive agenda — driving governance, execution, and accountability across enterprise-wide programmes directly with C-suite leadership.
nThe Role
nYou will own delivery across cross-functional transformation and technology programmes — not coordinate them. You will build governance structures, run steering forums, prepare C-suite briefings, and hold stakeholders accountable. If you have come through Big 4 or MBB and are ready to move in-house at a group level, this is the move.

nWhat You Bring

Currently or previously Manager at Big 4, or Consultant / Senior Consultant / Engagement Manager at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Booz, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, or Roland Bergern
8–15 years in transformation, PMO, consulting, or enterprise programme deliveryn
Proven personal ownership of a transformation or technology-enabled programmen
Executive communication skills — you write and present at C-suite leveln
Technology-enabled setting experience: systems, dependencies, vendor managementn
PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferredn

nBased in Bangalore. Part of a globally active transformation function reporting into DAMAC Group's MD Office.
