Setup and Preparation
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T; symbols.
Select proper cutting tools, holders, and raw materials.
Mount and align workpieces and fixtures on the machine table.

Operation and Production
Load, verify, and run CNC/CAM programs (G-code and M-code).
Adjust feed rates, spindle speeds, and cutting parameters for optimal performance.
Monitor HMC pallet changers or VMC cutting zones to ensure continuous and protected workflow.

Quality and Maintenance
Perform first-piece inspections using precision measuring tools like calipers or CMM.
Make offset or program corrections to fix dimensional errors.
Monitor tool wear and replace worn inserts or broken tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
