About the Role

Recruza Alliance is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters to join a hospitality team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to provide a welcoming dining experience to guests.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
Serve food and beverages promptly while following service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally.
Ensure proper table setup before and after service.
Coordinate with kitchen and other hospitality staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle bills and payments accurately when required.
Follow company policies, food-safety procedures, and hospitality standards.




Maintain a positive and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter or in hospitality is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service oriented and courteous personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.

What We Offer
Competitive salary based on experience: Freshers- 11,000 to 15,000. Experienced- 13,000 to 20,000
