Role & responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, bank reconciliation and general accounting.
Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations and related filings.
Manage TDS, income-tax related compliance and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with CA, tax consultants, auditors and statutory authorities.
Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet, cash-flow statements and management reports.
Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and outstanding payments.

Preferred candidate profile
712+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
Solid practical knowledge of GST and taxation.
Experience in NBFC/lending/financial services accounting is highly preferred.
Experience in automotive manufacturing/production accounting is highly preferred.
Exposure to retail/dealer sales accounting will be an advantage.
Robust knowledge of TDS, GST reconciliation and statutory compliance.
Valuable understanding of P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow and MIS.
Experience with accounting software/ERP and MS Excel.
Ability to independently manage the finance and accounts function.
