Manage overall Credit & Underwriting operations.
Review and approve loan applications as per credit policy.
Conduct credit risk assessment and financial analysis.
Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency and credit performance.
Develop and implement credit policies and guidelines.
Lead, train and monitor the Credit Team.
Ensure proper KYC, income and document verification.
