Role & Responsibilities
CNC/VMC machine setting, programming and production supervision.
Develop, modify and optimize CNC/VMC programs.
Tool selection, offset setting and parameter adjustment.
Read engineering drawings and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Monitor production, quality, tooling and machine performance.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
Guide operators and maintain 5S, safety and preventive maintenance.
Implement productivity improvements, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke.
Preferred Candidate Profile
ITI / Diploma / BE Mechanical / Production preferred.
8+ years experience in CNC/VMC setting & programming.
Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls preferred.
Good knowledge of drawings, measuring instruments, tooling and cutting parameters.
Strong troubleshooting and team-handling skills.
Experience in automotive/precision engineering is an advantage.
