Role & responsibilities
Responsible to design, implement and refine systems to manage processes and to optimize performance.
Responsible to develop cutting-edge ideas break through advancements and cutting-edge solutions to problems
Should be aware of all the Corporate Tariffs as agreed and ensure an error free billing from our end
Should be able to prepare a complete billing kit and transfer the same to the submissions department as per the TAT
Responsible to have regular interaction with consultants in regard to the bills and their payments.
Responsible to coordinate and maintain valuable relations with corporate clients, patients, doctors, and public.




Responsible to provide necessary inputs to the HR in manpower planning for the billing dept.
Responsible for recruitment and performance evaluation of the personnel
Responsible for identifying training needs of employees working in the department
Responsible for imparting technical training for the employees working in the department

Preferred candidate profile
Having experience in Hospital Billing
Experience in handling Billing team
Knowledge in corporate, cash and insurance billing
Good communication skills and knowledge
Able to work under pressure
