Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Handle basic accounting, bills, expenses, invoices, and financial documentation.
Prepare HR & Finance MIS reports.
Coordinate with employees, site teams, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor manpower requirements and site-related administrative activities.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure company policies are followed.
Support management in day-to-day HR and finance operations.
Required Skills: MS Excel, communication, coordination, basic accounting, HR management, and reporting skills. Experience: 2–5 years preferred; construction industry experience will be an advantage.
