Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous and qualified manner.
Address customer's subscription related Query/Request/Complaint (QRC)
Register service complaints and ensure accurate ticket logging.
Provide first-call resolution wherever possible.
Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps for common Cable TV issues.
Educate customers on available products, value-added services, and promotional offers.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department within defined timelines.
Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet individual and team productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Preferred candidate profile
6 months to 1 year of experience in a Customer Care or Call Center setting.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
Experience in Telecom, Cable TV, Broadband, DTH, ISP, or BPO industry will be preferred.

Languages :
Mandatory: Telugu
Preferred: Kannada and English
