About the Role

Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Customer Support – Voice Process team at the Koramangala location.

The role involves interacting with customers/patients over the phone, understanding their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely resolution or appropriate assistance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and/or outgoing customer calls professionally.
Understand customer/patient queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Provide information related to hospital services, appointments, and general queries.
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
Record customer interactions and update the required details in the system.
Escalate unresolved or complex queries to the appropriate team.
Follow the defined process, communication standards,



and customer service guidelines.
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely resolution.

Eligibility
Freshers and candidates with relevant customer service/voice process experience can apply.
Minimum qualification: Any Graduate.
Good verbal communication skills are required.
Candidates should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with systems/applications.
Candidates who are comfortable working from the Koramangala, Bengaluru office are preferred.
Language Known : Kannada/Malayalam/Telugu/Hindi/Tamil any 2 preferred language
