Role & responsibilities:

To aggressively drive external business growth and secure primary patient footfalls and planning outreach programs, building high-conversion referral pipelines, and executing targeted field marketing campaigns.
Direct Outbound Patient Sourcing:
Map out and visit target territories across Hyderabad daily to identify and capture prospective patient pools.
Doctor & Clinic Referral Conversions:
Visit peripheral clinics, small nursing homes, and diagnostic labs.
Establish conversion channels to ensure patients needing higher-tier care are directed to Yashoda.
Community Outreach & Camps:
Organize, execute, and lead high-impact health camps, screen drives, and community checks in societies and corporate campuses.
Direct and follow up on lead conversions from these camps directly into the hospital.
B2B & Retail Patient Tie-ups:
Meet with local residential associations, senior citizen groups, and retail businesses to promote healthcare packages.
Actively convert leads into direct inpatient (IP) or outpatient (OP) visits.
Field Target Management




Achieve strict weekly and monthly patient admission and consultation conversion targets.
Patient Liaison Tracking
Assist and guide the referred/sourced patient during their entry and registration at the hospital to ensure a seamless experience.

Preferred candidate profile: Education: B. Pharmacy preferred. (Any graduate with relevant healthcare experience can apply).

Experience: 2 to 5 years of solid experience in hospital field marketing, pharma field sales, or direct healthcare patient acquisition.

Language Skills: Fluent English, Hindi and Telugu are mandatory.
Robust outbound sales and direct patient conversion skills.
Excellent presentation and field-relationship building capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of Hyderabad's local clinics, resident associations, and corporate hubs.
High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with a field-based target system.
Mandatory possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field travel.
