Job Responsibilities:
Generate and manage home loan leads provided by the company.
Connect with customers and understand their home loan requirements. (Field Sales)
Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
Handle the complete process from login to disbursement.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth processing.
Maintain robust customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct field visits as required.

Requirements:
Graduate / 12th Pass.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
Knowledge of home loans or financial products is an advantage.
