Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Zoho Functional Consultant with a strong commerce and accounting background. The ideal candidate will possess excellent bookkeeping knowledge and a passion for guiding clients through accounting solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert functional consultancy for Zoho products, with a focus on accounting and ERP systems.
Assist clients with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting best practices within Zoho.
Analyze client accounting processes and propose solutions, including tweaking existing accounting fixes.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of Zoho solutions.
Demonstrate a knack for skilled thinking and problem-solving in the accounting domain.
Required Qualifications:
Commerce graduate, preferably with a background in accounting.
Strong bookkeeping knowledge and practical experience.
Demonstrated ability to think professionally and approach problem-solving creatively.
Proven teaching capacity or experience in consulting/training roles.
Passion for online accounting and ERP systems.
Well-versed in the Zoho platform and its various products (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory).
