nOur Client needs an aggressive, results-driven CFO with hands-on startup experience to take 100% ownership of our financial ecosystem, corporate governance, and commercial strategy to maximize enterprise value.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Corporate Governance & Controllership

Institutional Accounting: Own all accounting machinery, internal controls, risk management, and audit trails.n
Rapid Book Closure: Ensure accurate bookkeeping with automated monthly and annual closures finalized by Day 3.n
Airtight Compliance: Maintain zero-compromise oversight over all direct/indirect taxation and financial compliance frameworks.n

n2. Commercial Strategy & Business Accountability

Target Enforcement: Act as profitability gatekeeper, following up aggressively with business heads to hit revenue targets.n
Margin Protection:



Proactively plug cost leakages or pricing inefficiencies to immediately optimize unit economics.n
Strategic Forecasting: Deliver high-density financial modeling and accurate forecasting to guide executive growth decisions.n

n3. Day-to-Day Financial Operations

Treasury & Cash Velocity: Maximize cash velocity and optimize working capital metrics by aggressively reducing DSO.n
Runway Optimization: Run tight daily oversight on cash flows to guarantee a rock-solid, highly productive runway.n
Process Automation: Overhaul manual bottlenecks by establishing automated workflows and airtight approval matrices company-wide.n
