nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to own outbound prospecting for Freshworks' product suite. You will identify, research, and engage target accounts across global markets (EMEA & APAC), working closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to build a healthy, qualified pipeline.
nKey Responsibilities

Drive outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified meetings/prospectsn
Research target accounts and buyer personas to craft personalized, relevant outreachn




Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criterian
Collaborate with Sales Managers and AEs to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach cadencesn
Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly pipeline generation targetsn
Use sales engagement and prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, Instantly, and LinkedIn Sales Navigatorn
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospect and account activity in CRMn
Stay current on Freshworks' product offerings and competitive landscape to speak credibly with prospectsn

nEligibility Criteria

6 months to 1 year of proven experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (B2B SaaS preferred)n
Robust verbal and written communication skillsn
Hands-on experience with prospecting/sales engagement tools (Apollo.io, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)n
Working knowledge of CRM toolsn
Comfortable engaging with international prospects acro
