About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Website Developer & Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing responsive and user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, modern, and user-friendly websites.
Develop websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
Create and customize websites using WordPress.
Convert UI designs/wireframes into functional web pages.
Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and usability.
Maintain and update existing websites as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve website-related technical issues.
Work closely with the design, development, and marketing teams.
Integrate forms, APIs, plugins, and third-party tools when required.




Perform website testing and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Follow web development best practices and maintain clean, reusable code.

Required Skills
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Website Development & Design.
Robust knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Valuable experience with WordPress, themes, plugins, and customization.
Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization.
Experience with UI/UX principles and web layouts.
Knowledge of Bootstrap, jQuery, or similar frameworks will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of Git/version control is preferred.
Valuable problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Design, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or practical project experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
