Job Description:

Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience and robust exposure to Corporate Finance, Direct Tax and Indirect Tax.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a corporate environment. Candidates currently working with or having prior experience in a CA Firm will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee Direct Tax and Indirect Tax matters.
Handle tax compliance, assessments, audits and related documentation.
Ensure timely filing and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Provide support on taxation-related matters and business requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams,



auditors, consultants and tax authorities.
Review financial and tax-related reports and ensure accuracy.
Support management with tax planning and regulatory compliance.
Handle statutory and tax audits as required.

Requirements
CA qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Robust experience in both Direct Tax & Indirect Tax – mandatory.
Prior Corporate exposure is mandatory.
Candidates with CA Firm experience will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of accounting, taxation and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
