Job Description:
Manage the end-to-end IT controls lifecycle, including control design, implementation, validation, and operational effectiveness testing.
Conduct Risk Control Assessments (RCA) and Third-Party Risk Assessments.
Evaluate IT risks and recommend appropriate control improvements.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders, explaining IT risks and controls in a transparent and understandable manner.
Deliver assessments within defined timelines while meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Document findings, remediation actions, and compliance requirements using ServiceNow GRC and JIRA.
Support governance activities related to IT risk and compliance initiatives.
