Client Transformation & Training Excellence

Conduct detailed fitness assessments and goal-setting consultations.

Design customised, science-backed training programmes.

Deliver high-impact one-on-one and group training sessions.
n
Track measurable progress and drive visible client results.
n
Modify plans based on performance, injuries, or health conditions.

Premium Member Experience
n
Build long-term member relationships through motivation and accountability.

Provide expert guidance on nutrition, supplementation, and recovery.
n
Maintain Gold's Gym/Cult training standards and floor discipline.
n
Promote relevant fitness programmes and PT packages ethically and professionally.
n
Safety & Compliance
n
Ensure secure usage of all gym equipment.

Follow strict hygiene and operational protocols.
n
Provide first aid/CPR support in emergencies.
