Key Responsibilities
Perform buffing, filing, and finishing of jewelry products with high precision.
Ensure superior surface quality and craftsmanship across Silver, Gold, and Platinum pieces.
Maintain production quality, productivity, and workmanship standards.
Follow workplace safety (EHS) guidelines and manufacturing processes.
Support continuous improvement in finishing techniques and quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in filing, buffing, and finishing jewelry products.




Proven experience working on fine jewelry with high-quality finishing standards.
Ability to handle production volumes of approximately 85–100 grams per day.
Experience with Silver, Gold, and Platinum jewelry is mandatory.

Preferred
Exposure to contemporary jewelry finishing tools and techniques.
Experience in reputed jewelry manufacturing organizations.
