Essential capabilities
Solid MEP design and construction coordination capability




Sound understanding of HSE compliance, site safety and risk controls
Ability to oversee consultants, contractors, landlord and building management interfaces
Construction quality assurance, testing, commissioning and handover experience
Solid stakeholder management, communication and issue resolution capability
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi stakeholder project setting

Other capabilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Teams
Working knowledge of project documentation, compliance records and reporting templates
Exposure to workplace fit-out, integrated systems validation and operational readiness
Familiarity with vendor governance, change management and risk tracking

Experience
12+ years of experience in MEP engineering, workplace fit-out, construction delivery, facilities engineering or project engineering
Proven experience in contractor oversight,
