Roles & Responsibilities:
Learning and Development
Lead the design and delivery of engaging & scalable onboarding and development learning solutions
Ensure learning initiatives are inclusive, accessible, and tailored to diverse learner needs
Manage the execution of learning activities that align with the organizations objectives
Support knowledge management methods and procedures that enable the GRAAS organization to capture and share knowledge
Support behavior change necessary for the organization to share and adopt best practices
Develop and maintain competency and proficiency models and manage execution of associated learning plans
Develop content to support the execution of learning plans
Continuously refine onboarding and learning pathways using learner feedback, data insights, and business priorities
Measurements and Analytics
Measure metrics and key performance indicators to assess the impact of learning initiatives and performance improvement strategies

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree OR
Master’s degree and 4 to 6 years of related experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 6 to 8 years of related experience OR
Diploma and 10 to 12 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in supporting implementation of large-scale learning and performance initiatives.
