Job Responsibilities:
Lead Formula development, evaluation, scale up and validation.
Developed Technical Documents and Current Products Process Format
Involve In Bulk Planning as per need of Production Department.
Prepare RM Requirements Planning as per Need of Manufacturing.
Ensure compliance level in every manufacturing section, by verification any stage of batch verification process.
Take all Commercial protocol batch of NPL
Support raw Material Sourcing and Recent RM Vender Development
Core competency across functional areas like Planning & Scheduling, Costing.
Lead trouble shooting in the MFG Department During Manufacturing.
Cost reduction by replacing cost effective RM
Entry of RM data in Software as per regulatory compliance
Preparation of product dossier.
