About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, articulate Fresh MBAs to work directly out of the Founder's Office. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants exposure to how a venture studio is actually built and run — from strategy and operations to external communication — while working closely with the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational priorities
Draft communication, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Manage and create content across digital/social media platforms
Coordinate across portfolio startups, mentors, and partners as needed
Support day-to-day founder-office operations, research, and special projects

Eligibility / Desired Candidate Profile
Fresh MBA (any specialization; preference for Marketing, Strategy, or Operations)
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable handling digital/social media content and platforms
Robust communication, organization, and multitasking skills




Proactive, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable in a rapid-paced startup environment
