Job Title: SAP S/4 ABAP Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced S/4 ABAP Developer to design, develop, and support SAP S/4HANA technical solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in ABAP, S/4HANA ABAP development, CDS Views, AMDP, object-oriented programming, and embedded S/4 BW OLAP query development. The ideal candidate should also understand clean core principles in S/4HANA and be able to build scalable, upgrade-friendly solutions aligned to SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and support custom SAP solutions in S/4HANA ABAP.
Build and enhance CDS Views, AMDP, reports, enhancements, interfaces, and forms.
Develop and maintain embedded BW / OLAP queries in S/4HANA for reporting and analytics.
Apply object-oriented ABAP concepts to create reusable and maintainable technical components.
Support data modelling and performance optimization for S/4HANA-native development.
Ensure developments align with clean core principles, minimizing unnecessary customization and promoting extensibility.
Perform code reviews,



unit testing, debugging, and technical documentation.
Support defect resolution, deployment activities, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills and Experience
4 to 6 years of experience working in SAP Implementation and support projects.
Robust experience in ABAP development.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA ABAP.
Expertise in CDS Views and AMDP.
Experience in embedded S/4 BW OLAP query development.
Strong knowledge of OOPS / object-oriented programming concepts in ABAP.
Positive understanding of clean core concepts and extensibility approaches in S/4HANA.
Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and in a cooperative team environment.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of Analysis for Office (AO).
Experience with RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI integration and
