• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads for Asset Business.
• Introduce and explain various financial products, including Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and Personal Loans.
• Qualify leads and identify suitable prospects based on predefined criteria.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads for further processing and conversion till disbursement.

Requirements
• Proficiency in local languages (Marathi, Hindi) and English is essential.
• Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
