We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operational management of luxury residential interior projects. The role involves overseeing project delivery, managing P&L;, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring a high-quality client experience from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, optimize operational processes, and ensure timely completion of high-value projects aligned with organizational goals. This position requires solid leadership, strategic planning, and multi-project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of project operations from concept to execution
Build and maintain robust client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage P&L; responsibility for the operations department
Track and review operational processes against business targets
Ensure high-quality customer experience across project lifecycle
