A large, established Community Health organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its team in Salem, Oregon. This is an excellent chance for a physician who wants to develop long-term patient relationships, practice comprehensive family medicine, and make a meaningful impact in an underserved community.
You’ll work within a patient-centered medical home and cooperative care team while managing your own patient panel across the lifespan. The organization has a long history of expanding access to high-quality, compassionate healthcare and offers the stability and resources of one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest community health networks.
Position Highlights
$322,000 annual compensation
Guaranteed first-year annual salary
$30,000 hiring bonus
Up to $20,000 relocation allowance
$2,000/month resident or fellow stipend
Full-time, 1.0 FTE




34 clinical hours + 6 administrative hours per week
Full-scope Family Medicine panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Dedicated certified bilingual Medical Assistant supporting patient care and translation
Epic EMR
