South India (regional responsibility across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh)

Role Overview

The Regional Head – Recent Jeweller & Channel Acquisition (South) is responsible for driving expansion(SIS -Shop in Shop) by onboarding recent jeweller partners and developing strategic distribution channels across the South region. This role owns regional acquisition strategy, execution, partner relationships, and revenue growth through new jeweller and channel sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across the region.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage key retail partners and strengthen strategic relationships.
Identify and onboard recent SIS partners.
Lead and mentor KAMs, ASEs, and CSEs to maximize productivity.
Ensure merchandising, inventory, and brand visibility standards across stores.
Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and competition to drive growth.




Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners and internal teams.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Supply Chain for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Experience
8–12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or channel acquisition
Proven track record of scaling partner acquisition across South India
Experience managing regional teams and large territories
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills

Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of the South Indian jewellery market
Strategic thinker with strong execution bias
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Data-driven decision-making
High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and resilience
Languages- Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada (Any 2 at least)
