About the Role

n

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to open the right doors and close the right deals.

n

This is a high-ownership, revenue-driving role where you will lead recent business for Idea Mint across the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and relationship building to pitching, negotiating, and closing.

n

If you come from an advertising or marketing agency background, understand how agencies sell, and have an active network in the ecosystem — this role is built for you.

Responsibilities-

n

Drive current business acquisition across industries and categories
n
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → outreach → discovery → pitch → proposal → closure
n
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
n
Partner with Strategy & Creative teams to craft impactful pitch presentations
n
Represent Idea Mint at industry events, marketing forums, and client meetings
n




Lead commercial negotiations and ensure smooth client onboarding
n
Track pipeline health, conversions, and revenue forecasts and report to leadership
n
Mentor and manage BD Executive & Coordinator
n

Requirements-

n

n
5–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within an advertising or marketing agency
n
Proven track record of closing accounts and achieving revenue targets
n
Strong understanding of agency offerings (branding, digital, content, campaigns, etc.)
n
Confident presenter - comfortable pitching to CMOs, founders, and senior stakeholders
n
Existing network of marketing decision-makers is a big advantage
n
Robust commercial acumen and negotiation skills
n
Fluent in English,Hindi (spoken & written) and Marathi (Comprehensible)
n
