Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales activities, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify and generate recent business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in sales and business development.
Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in team management and client handling.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
