About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. The role involves handling high-volume recruitment for blue-collar and non-IT positions across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and other industries.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for high-volume non-IT requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, references, and other channels.
Handle recruitment for ITI, Diploma, Engineering, and other non-IT profiles.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
Ensure timely joining and successful closure of positions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring volume requirements.

Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in recruitment,



preferably in non-IT / volume / blue-collar hiring.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, production, operator, technician, or other shop-floor hiring will be an advantage.
Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Robust communication and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple positions and candidates simultaneously.
Should be comfortable working from office in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore.
