FBM (Flavour Booster Masale) is a growing spice brand committed to delivering high-quality blended masale with authentic taste and hygienic packaging. We are expanding our market presence and looking for a agile Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and manage distributor and retailer network.
Conduct regular field visits to generate recent business.
Ensure product visibility and placement in retail outlets.
Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Collect payments and maintain strong client relationships.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / relevant field.
1–3 years experience in FMCG, food, or spice industry preferred.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally for field sales.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
