Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5+ years
CTC: ₹8,00,000 – ₹13,00,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives.
Manage performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
Support talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
5+ years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
Solid experience in business partnering, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
