Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent clients in the AEC BIM industry
Build and maintain solid client relationships
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Present and explain BIM solutions to clients
Use CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to manage leads and opportunities
Conduct market research and track industry trends

Requirements
3+ years of experience in business development or sales
Background in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
Positive understanding of BIM solutions
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the USA market is a must.
