Job Overview

IVY World School is looking for a skilled and responsible ERP Coordinator to manage, coordinate, and support the effective implementation and day-to-day functioning of the school's ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day functioning of the School ERP system.
- Coordinate with different departments, including Academics, Administration, Accounts, HR, Transport, Admissions, and IT, for smooth ERP operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and updates in the ERP system.
- Manage student, staff, attendance, fee, examination, timetable, and other relevant modules.
- Identify system-related issues and coordinate with the ERP service provider or technical support team for timely resolution.
- Provide ERP training and support to school staff and users.
- Ensure proper data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.




- Generate and maintain ERP reports as required by the School Management.
- Monitor user access and coordinate for the creation, modification, or closure of user accounts.
- Assist in the implementation of new ERP modules and process improvements.
- Coordinate with management and departments to ensure maximum and effective utilization of the ERP system.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in ERP coordination, implementation, or support.
- Experience with School ERP systems will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of data management, reporting, and MS Excel.
- Valuable understanding of school processes such as admissions, fees, attendance, examinations, HR, and administration.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Salary

₹35,000-₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
