JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software features, prototypes, scripts, or internal tools under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in academic-style or real-world project work by translating requirements into simple technical designs, implementation tasks, and working deliverables.
- Explore and use approved Generative AI or AI-assisted development tools responsibly to support learning, research, prototyping, code explanation, or productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, and team members to clarify requirements, share progress, ask questions, and incorporate feedback.
- Assist with debugging, unit testing, validation, and documentation to improve code quality, maintainability, and knowledge sharing.
- Demonstrate accountability by completing assigned tasks on time, communicating blockers early, and showing continuous improvement throughout the internship.





REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related academic program.
- Proficient in at least one programming language and able to demonstrate foundational understanding of programming concepts, problem solving, and basic software development practices.
- Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for learning recent technologies, including Generative AI tools, software engineering practices, and modern development workflows.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools or AI-assisted development workflows through coursework, personal projects, prototypes, or experimentation.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies is welcome: Python, C#, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
