ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an ambitious, highly driven Project Sales Manager who can identify opportunities, develop relationships, create a strong project pipeline and convert opportunities into confirmed business.

This is not a desk-only sales position. The role requires regular client meetings, site visits, project tracking, persistent follow-ups and ownership of results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




- Identify upcoming hospitality, residential, commercial, landscape, façade, infrastructure and public-sector projects.
- Generate new business opportunities through architects, lighting designers, MEP consultants, PMCs, developers, contractors, electrical consultants and project owners.
- Build and maintain a strong network of project decision-makers and influencers.
- Map each project’s stakeholders, including the client, architect, consultant, contractor, procurement team and approving authority.
- Arrange client meetings, product presentations, technical discussions, site visits and mock-ups.
- Understand project drawings, specifications, BOQs, product schedules and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with Plevid’s design, technical, estimation, procurement and management teams to prepare suitable lighting proposals.
- Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers, compliance statements and product submissions.
