Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the educational background, career goals, and requirements of prospective students.
- Counsel students regarding Online, Distance, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, MBA, Executive, and Certification programs.
- Recommend suitable universities and programs based on student requirements.
- Explain course curriculum, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, loan options, and admission process.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product and sales knowledge.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Strong counselling and relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-4 years of experience in EdTech, Education Counselling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
