1. Recruitment & Talent Management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for WPS and TP positions.
• Source candidates through career portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and recruitment partners.
• Coordinate and track Manpower Requisition Forms (MRFs) from approval to closure.
• Administer Zoho Recruit and maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, hiring campaigns, and communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and facilitate seamless hiring processes.
• Support internal talent management and succession planning initiatives.

2. Onboarding & Employee Integration
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Ensure smooth joining formalities and recent hire integration into the organization.
• Monitor employee progress during the first 90-day stabilization period.
• Act as a point of contact and mentor for new employees until successful completion of their probation/stabilization period.

3. Training & Development
• Implement and monitor the annual training calendar.




• Coordinate technical, behavioral, functional, and leadership training programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external trainers to deliver learning initiatives.
• Track training participation, evaluate program effectiveness, and maintain training records.
• Support capability-building initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

4. Employee Engagement & Retention
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
• Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze engagement levels.
• Support employee retention and culture-building initiatives.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

5. HR MIS & Reporting
• Maintain accurate recruitment, training, and employee records.
• Generate HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
