Do you love seeing a marketing idea come to life offline?

At Heads Up For Tails, we’re looking for someone energetic, organised and execution-focused to join our Retail Marketing team. You’ll get to work closely with our stores and marketing teams and be involved in everything from store activations and events to hyperlocal campaigns and new store launches.

? What will you do?

Support the planning and execution of store activations, events and retail campaigns
Coordinate with store, regional and internal teams to make sure initiatives happen smoothly and on time
Manage retail marketing calendars, trackers and campaign updates
Support hyperlocal marketing and store-level initiatives
Coordinate requirements such as POSM, printables, sampling and other store collaterals
Assist with new store opening (NSO) and event preparation
Keep an eye on competitor activity and interesting retail activations
Collect store feedback, campaign photographs and on-ground insights
Support monthly retail reporting and post-activation analysis




Help identify new ideas to drive store footfall and customer engagement

? What are we looking for?

Someone Who Is

Valuable at follow-ups and getting things done
Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders
Confident communicating with store and regional teams
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
Someone who enjoys being on the ground, rather than looking only for a desk-based/content marketing role

? Who can apply?

Graduate / Undergraduate in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
0–1 year of experience
Internships in marketing, events, retail or consumer brands will be a plus
21–25 years preferred

? A few things to know

This is a Gurgaon-based, work-from-office role
You should be comfortable travelling for store visits and events when required
You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Retail and Stores
And of course, being a pet lover / HUFT enthusiast is always a bonus ??
