We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:

Track, monitor, and evidence compliance for key IT controls and KCIs across IDAM, SDLC, Deployment (DEPL), Cyber, Operational Resilience, and other applicable Group control requirements for Core Banking Service Management.
Own and manage GRAS metrics for the area, ensuring accurate status, clear ownership,



and timely progression/closure of actions.Maintain high-quality dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs that provide transparent visibility of compliance status, risks, overdue actions, and upcoming deadlines for senior stakeholders.
Drive action management: ensure action owners understand requirements and evidence expectations, follow up regularly, remove blockers, and escalate where actions are at risk or overdue.
Represent the function in control governance forums and KCI/control discussions; provide constructive feedback, challenge where needed, and drive favourable outcomes aligned to the Group control framework.
Engage regularly with Group IAM, Risk & Control leads, control owners, CCO Tech, Risk Advocates, IT/Business Service Owners, and Service Quality Managers to align expectations and close outstanding items.Prepare and present compliance status, key risks, trends, and mitigation plans for CTO/CIO/SLR and
