Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously
improve training programs in Supply Chain Management(P2P,O2C), ERP systems, Customer
service, Corporate Training, and Soft Skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for
teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and engage learners at all
levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions on Supply Chain Management, ERP systems, Customer service, and Soft Skills.
• Assess training needs and customize programs accordingly.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Collaborate with management to identify training gaps and opportunities.
• Create training materials such as manuals, handouts, and presentations.





Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator in Supply Chain Management, ERP systems, and Soft Skills.
• Robust understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to connect with individuals at all levels of an organization.
• Certifications in ERP systems or Supply Chain Management are a plus.
