Role Description The Coach role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The Coach will work closely with clients to help them understand financial principles, define and refine their goals, and develop practical, actionable plans for wealth building and financial well-being.



Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one or small-group coaching sessions, providing guidance on investment and wealth management concepts, and helping clients build confidence in their financial decision-making. The role also involves preparing educational materials, maintaining accurate session records, collaborating with internal advisory teams to ensure alignment with Alpha Capital’s services, and tracking client progress over time. The Coach is expected to maintain high ethical standards, uphold client confidentiality, and contribute to continuous improvement of coaching methodologies.
Qualifications
Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide clients through goal-setting, action planning, and accountability.
Solid understanding of basic financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, investing, and wealth management; prior exposure to financial services is an advantage.
