The IT Desktop Support profile includes but may not be limited to the following activities:
Installing, configuring & troubleshooting Software, Hardware & IT Peripherals
Mail Clients configuration backup & Troubleshooting (MS Outlook)
Data Backup
NAS configuration and troubleshooting
Local and Network Printer configuration, troubleshooting.
Internet & LAN configuration, troubleshooting.
Basic configuration of Firewall and managing firewall (Sophos)
Software troubleshooting update and patch installation.
Manage & troubleshoot Antivirus – individual as well as centralized
Inventory management
Configuring Wireless Router
Configuration of user profile in Domain
VPN configuration
Maintaining & sharing daily reports of assigned tasks

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
