Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive — NBD/CRR to strengthen our Sales function at Picknpack India by addressing critical gaps in lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by actively identifying and converting current B2B opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and consistently meeting monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, highly organized, and adept at navigating the dynamic landscape of the packaging, FMCG, and e-commerce sectors. With a strong focus on execution and customer-centric outcomes, this position plays a key role in expanding our market presence and supporting sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new B2B leads through targeted outreach and market engagement
- Convert qualified prospects into paying customers through effective sales techniques and follow-up
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities




- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and performance targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:
- 1–4 years of proven B2B sales experience
- Prior experience in packaging, FMCG, or e-commerce industries is highly preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler for field mobility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and the local regional language
- Reliable smartphone with WhatsApp Business for seamless client communication
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience

- Clear, professional communication in both written and spoken formats
- Strong adherence to sales processes and organizational discipline
