Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage store operations, drive sales, lead the team, handle customers, and maintain excellent visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Handle customers, resolve queries, and build customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion, and customer experience.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Maintain visual merchandising, including product placement, displays, mannequins, window displays, and promotional setups.
- Ensure displays are refreshed for new arrivals, seasonal collections, festivals, and promotions.
- Maintain proper product presentation, pricing, tagging, and store hygiene.
- Monitor competitors and local market trends.




- Prepare daily sales and store performance reports.
- Coordinate with management for promotions, launches, and operational requirements.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of retail/store management experience.
- Strong sales and target-achievement skills.
- Hands-on visual merchandising experience.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory and retail operations.
- Qualified, confident, and target-oriented personality.

Preferred Candidate

- Female candidates preferred.
- Experience in fashion, ethnic wear, apparel, lifestyle, luxury retail, jewellery, or premium retail preferred.
- Experience as Store Manager/Store In-charge/Assistant Store Manager is an advantage.
- Graduate preferred; relevant experience will be given more importance.
