• Ensure highest level of portfolio quality for secured products with the best productivity numbers and continuous increasing efficiency of overall operations by improving the team's competence levels.
• Monitor and ensure that highest underwriting standards are maintained for the respective Branches to be handled.
• Adherence to the policy/process laid out by the Institution.
• Ensuring Standardization of process all across the region and also deliver the best in-class TAT across product segments handled.
• Close monitoring on non-starters/Cheque bounce trends and knowing channels and their sourcing patterns.
• Highlighting concerns on portfolio (if any) and channels and ensuring remedial measures are taken with all stakeholders.
