Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced F&B; Manager to oversee and manage Food & Beverage operations for Promoters Nand Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. The role requires delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining the highest Nstandards of service excellence, and ensuring a personalized dining experience with utmost professionalism and Nconfidentiality.nKey Responsibilities N* Manage end-to-end F&B; operations for Promoters and UHNW guests. N* Ensure world-class service standards and personalized guest experiences. N* Plan and supervise daily dining operations, VVIP events, and special occasions. N* Lead, train, and mentorthe F&B; service team to deliver luxury hospitality standards. N* Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, procurement, and other support teams for seamless operations.



N* Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards. N* Handle guest preferences, dietary requirements, and service protocols with discretion. N* Monitor inventory and vendor coordination for smooth operations. N* Ensure complete confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail always. NEligibility: N* Graduate in Hotel Management (Mandatory). N* Minimum 12 – 14 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations with luxury hotels. N* Proven experience in managing VVIP & UHNW client services is highly preferred
