The ideal candidate must have experience in US GAAP general accounting, financial statement preparation and team management experience. NnJobResponsibilities: Nn Execute project oversight and deliverables. N Provide technical guidance to the team. N Prepare financial models. N Review, optimize and communicate Month End Close and daily accounting tasks. N Create and manage reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reports. N Ensure that reports sent to clients are accurate and sent within scheduled timeframes. N Work with teams across multiple clients to ensure on-time and consistent delivery to client and US team.



N Manage team metrics andresponsible for team performance. N Develop relationships with US-based clients and project leads. N Display excellent leadership skills and manage internal/external expectations. N Develop training content and deliver technical trainings to team members. N Participate and contribute towards process improvement, tools and training. N Work towards continual talent development. NnnRequirements for Successful Candidate: Nn Bachelor’s Degreein Accounting and CA certification. N Managed team(s) having at least 5-10 team members N Self-motivated with strong work ethic N Organizational skills to manage a team and client engagements. N Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail. N Knowledge of US accounting systems. N Proficiency in advancedMicrosoft Excel and MS Office. N Strong interpersonal and communication skills. N Desire to establish andmaintain client relationships. N Leadership and team management skills.
